BAF Adjustment as from 1st December 2008
Please be advised of the following information concerning the Bunker Adjustment Factor on the on the DFDS Lys Line AS Northsea Quay-Quay services. Valid between 1st & 31th December 2008.
There has been a decrease in the bunker price of mixed ton on which the BAF surcharge is calculated – Nok 2688 at 31th October 2008.
As announced earlier, the BAF and SECA surcharge will merge meaning the future BAF will be inclusive of SECA, currently 1.63% (until further notice). Therefore from 1st December 2008 the total BAF (including SECA) will be at 21.63%.
